Facility Rules & Safety Guidelines

To Provide a safe, positive, and professional environment for all athletes, coaches, and families, we ask that everyone follow these facility rules

GENERAL FACILITY RULES

*Respect Coaches, Staff, Players, and Families at all times*No horseplay, roughhousing, or unsafe behavior*Follow all instructor and staff directions immediately*Keep facility clean and dispose of trash properly*No tobacco, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances on property*Proper athletic attire and athletic shoes are required*No gum, sunflower seeds, or spitting inside cages or turf areas*Children must be supervised unless participating in activities

BATTING CAGE RULES

*Only players actively hitting may be inside batting cages*Helmets are strongly recommended during hitting activities*Always wait for instruction before entering cages*No swinging bats outside designated areas*Pitching machines may only be operated by authorized staff or approved adults*Retrieve balls only after machines are stopped completely*Report damaged equipment immediately

LESSON & TRAINING RULES

*Arrive 5-10 minutes early for scheduled lessons*Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson times*Cancellations require at least (24 hours) notice*Athletes should bring their own glove, helmet, bat, and gear when possible*Positive attitudes and good sportsmanship are expected at all times

TEAM PRACTICE RULES

*Coaches are responsible for team / player supervision*Teams must clean dugout/training areas after use*Equipment must be returned to designated locations*Respect scheduled practice times to allow smooth transitions between groups

PARENT & SPECTATOR GUIDELINES

*Encourage all athletes positively*Please avoid coaching from spectator areas during instruction*Respect instructors and training staff*Keep walkways and training areas clear

SAFETY FIRST

Participation in baseball and softball activities involves risk of injury.All participants must:*Follow safety instructions*Use equipment properly*Stay alert and aware of surroundingsFailure to follow facility rules may result in removal without refund.
