RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing this agreement, the renter agrees to follow all facility rules and understands the terms listed below.
FACILITY USE
The renter agrees to:
>Use equipment properly and safely>Follow all posted facility rules>Respect staff, coaches, players, and guests>Keep rental area clean and free of trash>Supervise all minors participating in activities
Only authorized participants may enter batting cage areas.

SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The renter understands that baseball and softball activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:
>Being struck by balls or bats>Slips and falls>Equipment-related injuries>Serious bodily injury
Participation is voluntary, and all participants assume these risks.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY
The renter agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused by :
>Misuse of equipment> Negligence>Reckless behavior>Intentional damage
Any damaged equipment or facility issues must be reported immediately.

RENTAL TIME POLICY
>Rental time begins and ends at scheduled times>Setup and cleanup must occur within rental period>Additional time may be charged if renter exceeds reservation time>Late arrival do no guarantee extended rental time
CANCELLATIOIN POLICY
>Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance>No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment>Weather-related rescheduling handled at facility descretion
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The renter releases and hold harmless County Field House, LLP, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during participation or facility use.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs or videos taken during facility activities to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless written notice is provided.
